You can use your Medical Cannabis Medicine while in Nevada.

If you are currently using Medical Cannabis and have a MMJ card from your legal cannabis state, you can visit any of our licensed dispensaries in Nevada.

  • Does the State of Nevada keep my name and information?
    No, a dispensary may only check your ID to make sure you are who you say you are. They can not save or enter that information anywhere, unless you give them permission to keep it.

  • How old do I have to be to purchase cannabis in Nevada?
    21 years of age. Anyone can purchase at a licensed dispensary after July 1st, 2017. You must have a official ID.

  • How much can I buy?
    You can possess up to one ounce of cannabis, or up to 1/8 of an ounce of cannabis concentrates.

  • Can I smoke it in public?
